I called him for help on my bpyfriends CDV case...his exact resonse was " oh this will be easy, he will be out in no timeee...yea ok. barely contacted me. my boyfriemnd ended up in prison on a cdv 3rd degree. he sat in the county almost 5 months then got sent to prison. i paid him $2000 uo front and ...total. ill never hire his crook a** again.... hes got a while secret life i found abt as well...

Ivan is not only a terrible attorney that has had an alarming amount of complaints filed against him and been suspended in the past but he is also currently involved in fraudulent activity with his girlfriend (that was one of the very few to actually leave a good review for him). Ethics and morals ar...e not in this mans vocabulary unless he’s being honest and stating he has neither. Scamming, defrauding individuals, committing credit card fraud for filing false disputes is just terrible. Please do your research on him before you hire him so that you can save yourself stress, time and money. Such a waste of a law degree.

To the person below please learn to spell... Before trying to down a damn good attorney. He may have been told 7 and then they saw your sheet and decided you needed longer. He made me promises and did all he could but when it comes to the DA or Judge they have the final say, not Ivan. Period. I had 3... cases on me all within about a month to month and a half about he took them all for VERY reasonable prices considering some of the others fees. I got 99% of what I wanted and the other 1% I'd rather eat any day then have the alternative. Also... I use to work for a lawyer so I know a good bit about a lot of this. You posted privately but if you got something to say back, please feel free. He didn't screw you... You did. You do the crime, you do the time... Gotta pay to play baby! :) So for me he gets 5 stars and I would use him again and will be sometime in the near future. First have to get past all this that I just got out of.
