Ivan James Toney

Ok first of all when I hired him I paid him in full of what he quoted me for a divorce/custody case!!! Ok so we went to court in January 2025 where the father denied paternity, so the judge ordered the father to pay for the DNA test and he had 10 days to do it!!! It wasn't done in that window so I c...alled Ivan to get the case dismissed, but he did not and he had NO CLUE on where to take my child for the DNA test!!! So I had to find out by myself where to tae my son!!! Ok fast forward to June 2026 we finally got into court where Ivan made a quick deal with the father's lawyer without telling me until we got into the courtroom!! It was nothing of what I asked him to do and while we were in the courtroom I told him NO to everything the father's lawyer was saying and he told me to shut up!!!!! Every time I would call him about the case he would cuss me out and hung up in less than 5 minutes!!! Now I had to agree to everything the father's lawyer wanted me to!!!! Now I'm stuck in a situation that I never wanted and Ivan would call only when he wanted more money the day before court!! I told him I didn't have it being a single mom he said he didn't care I better find a way to come up with something!! When in the beginning I told him everything I wanted to be done he gave me a price and I paid him in full that day!!!! Now I'm out that money and got NOTHING DONE THAT HE SAID HE WOULD DO!!!!!!!
