A Greenville native, Courtney Swan Camferdam is a real estate and family lawyer.
Courtney graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate. She earned her law degree from the Charleston School of Law. While in law school, she gained experience working for a residential real estate firm, clerking for The Honorable Irvin G. Condon at the Probate Court, and The Honorable Judy L. McMahon with the Family Court.
After law school, she clerked for The Honorable Edward W. Miller with the Circuit Court in Greenville County. In January 2015, she joined The Elliott Frazier Law Firm, LLC, where she practiced in residential real estate closings and family law. In March 2018, Courtney opened her own firm, The Camferdam Law Firm, LLC, where she continues to practice in residential real estate and family law matters.
