Divorce

If you are looking for a family law attorney, look no further then Christine Howard. She and her staff lived up to their reputation for being extremely knowledgable, kind and caring. My ex wife's attorney has a reputation of being completely unreasonable and unapproachable. Even with having to deal w...ith this unfortunate situation, Christine held her ground and in the end negotiated a fair and equitable settlement for all. Christine's office staff, Connie and Lisa are like my adopted family and we're both top notch during this entire difficult journey in my life. I would highly recommend Christine Howard and her law firm to everyone I know who is ever in need of the best family law attorney in the Upstate!

Child custody

while showing as much compassion as possible. In the case of my two daughters, she did just that. From day one, I felt confident that the firm had our best interests at heart, and that monetary compensation was a secondary concern (in fact, her paralegal would tell you how to do as much as possibl...e on your own to save money). In our case, Christine knocked it out of the park before, during, and after court. In short, you will not feel as though you are working with a law firm-you will feel as though you are working with a caring partner for your cause. I cannot express into words how much Christine’s actions meant in our situation, nor can I do so in recommending her.

Great Family Law Attorney!

I cannot say enough good things about Christine Howard and her staff, Connie Woods and Lisa Harris. Prior to selecting an attorney to represent me in my divorce, I interviewed several attorneys in the Greenville area. None of them impressed me with how they wanted to handle my case....all were cold a...nd calloused....the bottom-line for them was money, i.e. their fee. That was NOT what I was looking for or wanted. The moment that I walked into Christine's office I knew that I had found the right attorney for me simply by the way I was greeted by Christine's staff. When I actually met Christine, I was impressed with her candid remarks and warm, engaging manner. I knew by Christine's comments that she had great character and integrity and that we were both on the same page with how we needed/wanted to move forward with my divorce. As time passed, I found Christine to be a great advocate for me, as well as an empathetic supporter. I felt like I was working with a friend who was actually helping me through a difficult time in my life, not just being my attorney. ...it wasn't about how much Christine could charge me (at no time did I feel like I was being over-charged and I found her fees to be very reasonable), I felt like she really wanted to help me. At the outset, I told Christine that I wanted a fair and equitable dissolution of my marriage and that I was not out to get as much as I could from my wife. I believe that Christine understood my position and rationale, and she accomplished that goal. Throughout the process, I found Christine to be a highly ethical attorney and one that understood what a fair agreement for both parties meant and she steered me in that direction, i.e. a balanced resolution for both me and my wife. In addition, Connie Woods, Christine's paralegal, and Lisa Harris, Christine's, Administrative Assistant, were very helpful as I navigated the legal process and they kept me well informed as to what was going on in a timely manner. In addition, they were very supportive from an emotional perspective....support that I sorely needed. Therefore, it is with great enthusiasm and pleasure that I highly recommend Christine and her staff to anyone who is in need of a great divorce or family law attorney with a wonderful support team to assist her and her clients.
