Bill M. Wilson III

Bill represents both plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation matters with an emphasis on commercial, real estate, and construction litigation. He has experience in cases involving construction, trucking, products liability, breach of contract, antitrust, defamation, negligence, personal injury, Fair Credit Reporting Act, environmental, copyright, banking, creditor rights, ERISA, telecommunications, insurance coverage, wage payment, and foreclosure and has tried numerous cases to verdict.
