Biography
Adam Touma is the founder and managing attorney of Touma Law Group, a criminal defense firm with offices in Greenville, Columbia, and Anderson. He has been voted Best Criminal Defense Attorney in Greenville by Post and Courier readers three times.
A Columbia native, Adam graduated from Clemson University and the University of South Carolina School of Law. He clerked for Judge Robin B. Stillwell in the 13th Circuit and then served as an Assistant Public Defender in Greenville County before opening his own firm. He also served as a First Lieutenant in the Army JAG Corps.
Adam handles everything from DUI and drug charges to serious felonies, along with expungements, pardons, and car wreck cases across South Carolina. His approach is simple: the best result is one nobody hears about and that leaves no record behind. A client's life is not their charge, and every case is handled with that in mind, so that clients have real finality when the case is over.
