Excellent Law Firm

I recently hired Randy Mullins to handle a refinance loan closing for me. The Law Firm was very professional and guided me through the loan closing very efficiently and answered all of my questions quickly. It was a smooth loan closing process and I greatly appreciate the wonderful staff for coming ...to the rehab center where my Mom was at to sign the paperwork. The attorneys and staff went above and beyond to guide us through the paperwork and make sure we understood each document we were signing. I highly recommend this Law Firm for any real estate matter. The level of expertise and the kindness of the staff is top notch! I will definitely call them again for any legal need or legal question I have in the future. So refreshing to work with such a good group who puts their clients first.

Superb Legal Services

Initially I hired an inexperienced divorce attorney who made several mistakes early on in my case. Subsequently, In 1998 I hired Mr Mullins to take over my case. He quickly & professionally cleaned up the mistakes and got me everything requested in my divorce settlement. Mr Mullins did a great job r...epresenting me during this difficult time in my life. The true testimony of his work begins in the following 15 yrs after the divorce. Mr Mullins has diligently continued to search for a "disappearing dead beat dad" to get the child support monies owed to me from the divorce settlement. He is a very knowledgable and efficient attorney. When the whereabouts of my ex husband were FINALLY discovered, he and his office worked diligently to assist and guide through getting him arrested. We went to court after 15 years!! I was completely on edge and scared but Mr Mullins truly made me feel at ease with his professionalism, knowledge of the law, and caring manner. He truly cared about what happened to me as well as my daughter. It's been a long fight, but he never gave up for us. I truly can't thank him or his staff enough for all they have done!

Do not hire this attorney.

I received the worst service I've ever received for anything I've ever purchased. Once you hand over your money, his whole demeanor changes. He doesn't even ACT like he cares about you. This attitude is consistent with the office staff as well. You're lucky if he returns your phone call. I ended... up firing him and wasted my money.

Through the years

I have known Randy Mullins, Attorney at Law, for over 15 years. He serves as the attorney for our family and also our church. When our children were small, Mr. Mullins provided us with advice and drew up our legal will. He answered each and every question of ours making all of our questions a matt...er of importance. This provided a piece of mind for us as parents knowing that our children would be cared for and have resources available to them as we wished and specified through Mr. Mullins and our will. Later in our lives, we found ourselves caring for our mother who sorrowfully passed away in our home from the effects of dementia. We were blessed to have her in our home for 5 years during that time as her mind slipped away one memory at a time. The situation could have been so complicated with her out of state residency and her failing mental capacity. Here again, Mr. Mullins took time with our family to explain options and to put us at legal ease so that we could make the best decisions for her care. The compassion he showed to us during this time again made us feel that our struggles were of paramount importance to him. I especially appreciated that effect as by this time, Mr. Mullins’ practice had once again grown, and his responsibilities were numerous. As a member of our church, I know that Mr. Mullins has provided expert advise and helped the church with their by-laws, land deeds and financial responsibilities. He has shown his trustworthiness and loyalty on many occasions. I recently retired from many years of being a principal. Whenever I go to Mr. Mullins office, I am pleased with the efficiency and attention that his entire staff shows to the clients. Mr. Mullins made and met appointments that were convenient to my schedule and not necessarily his. Again this shows that the clients’ needs are his priority.

I was the defendant in a hearing. He basically turned me into the plaintiff.

In a "good old boy" kind of way, I was served papers for a restraining order against me. I was actually the victim. My abuser, because of family ties to the court system, was able to file a false police report on me and able to obtain a hearing against me all based on lies. Typically in this state yo...u have to have 3 police reports to obtain a restraining order. One resulting in an arrest for this to happen and then it takes months to get a hearing. This incident happened November the 22nd and I was served papers less than 2 weeks from the date of the hearing which was on December the 9th. I went to see Mr. Mullins and told him what had really happened. My abuser was not granted a restraining order but I was. My abuser was found guilty of stalking and harassing me among other things. The judge was clearly upset at my abuser to the point of a threat to remove him from the courtroom for his behavior. This was a private 3 hour hearing in which Mr. Mullins was able to show what kind of person my abuser is and what he repeatedly did to me over the years. I believe this may be a first in this county. This was a complete reversal of my abusers claim. Mr Mullins is extremely passionate about stopping the abuse of women and he laid out this case with plenty of passion. I felt protected. I felt vindicated. He doesn't eat up your hours. He gets to the point quickly and precisely. He rattled my abuser and was able to make the judge see the truth. What he did in that court room was amazing. I had never been in court and witnessed an actual hearing before this. Mr Mullins had to rearrange his schedule to accommodate me. I went to him with only 3-4 days left before the hearing was to take place. He went above and beyond what I expected. I have also used him in the past for real estate closings. I am very pleased with his work and would recommend him with no hesitation. Especially now! I now have a restraining order against my abuser and it also includes my grown children. He can't come near any of us now. He still scares me but I'm always aware, always prepared. I feel much safer than I did before that hearing. Mr. Mullins went up against someone that most attorneys would have just said NO to going up against. The town bully with major ties to this county. Politically and socially. He beat him. So yes.... YES! I would use Mr. Mullins again!
