From the first phone call with Ms. Polly, I was made to feel like a family member of the Wells Law Firm. She listened and I was assured that I had called the right law firm. I have never regretted making that call. I was a SC transplant and moved back to my home state to get my divorce but the di...vorce settlement had to be completed in SC. I never had a need for a lawyer in SC so I went into this blind. I picked the Wells’ Law Firm after spending days pouring over the internet, reading reviews, and lots of prayer. I feel I was led to this firm and have never regretted it. The entire settlement was researched, reviewed, worked through and completed long distance. I was required to travel back to SC only once and that was for mediation. His retainer is very reasonable and he allowed me to be included in the research process to save time and money making my retainer go further. He told me what he needed: I made phone calls, found documents, made notes, sent copies to him and filled in the blanks all from another state. I did everything I was told. At no time did I ever feel like my case was any less important or put aside because I was in another state. Response time to questions and other communications was very fast. I always felt like he had my best interest at heart and kept my expectations realistic, all the while being a wise voice of reason. Research, compilation of information and recall during mediation was nothing short of amazing. No stone was left unturned and any question or challenge from the other party was met with facts and receipts that were produced within seconds, with ease and confidence. The corner of the room was stacked with boxes and binders filled with documentation that was organized beyond perfection. There was nothing they did not know about my financial history and knew exactly where to put their hands on anything asked. I felt as if I had an army in front of me and every incoming bomb was destroyed before it could reach me.
