Carla Elizabeth Falk Todd

  Attorney Carla Todd became an associate with Hilliard Law Firm, LLC of Georgetown and Murrells Inlet, South Carolina in 2018. Carla grew up in Greenville, SC and moved to Pawleys Island in High School. After Law School she returned to Pawleys Island with her family and has lived in Pawleys Island for the past thirteen years.

  Attorney Todd earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from Coastal Carolina University where she graduated Cum Laude in 2002. Mrs. Todd then went on to attend The University of South Carolina School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor Degree in 2006. Mrs. Todd is also a member of Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity at USC.

  Mrs. Todd held internships with the Mike Kelly Law Group, located in Columbia, South Carolina, where she worked as a summer Law Clerk in 2005. She also held a position as a clerk at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough in Columbia, South Carolina. In June, of 2004, Mrs. Todd was an intern for the Honorable Lindsey O. Graham, U.S. Senator for South Carolina, In Washington, District of Columbia.
Upon graduating from The University of South Carolina School of Law Mrs. Todd joined The Bell Legal Group. While working at The Bell Legal Group Mrs. Todd focused on Medical Malpractice, Products Liability, Personal Injury, Sexual Abuse and Environmental Law. Mrs. Todd left the practice of law for a period of time to raise her family. She has four wonderful children – Richard, Marshall, Owens and Carly. Mrs. Todd missed the practice of law and joined Goldfinch Winslow to head up their Family Law Practice. In 2018, Mrs. Todd joined the Hilliard Law Firm with the exciting opportunity to open a new office in Murrells Inlet, SC.

  When she is not practicing law, Mrs. Todd enjoys volunteering at the Waccamaw schools and at her church, All Saints. Carla loves to read and spend time on the beach and creek. However, the majority of her free time is spent helping with homework and going to her kids soccer, basketball and lacrosse games. Carla’s husband, Ricky Todd, is a Senior Attorney for the Fifteenth Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
