Very incompetent, was not on my side

Thomas Floyd treated me and looked at me with so much disdain, he tried to trick me at every turn. I was never able to get ahold of him via phone, nor would he return my calls and his secretary was so rude and spoke as if she was straight out of the ghetto. We had to wait 3 hours before we could see ...the judge, yet he refused to speak to me until 5 minutes before we was to go on record. He had dried spittle in the corners of his mouth and what looked like spaghetti sauce on the side of his face. He made it obvious his only intention was to scare me into pleading guilty. The whole incident was on two separate videos 5 minutes in length at most yet he hadn’t bothered to watch it, even though he had possession of it for a few months and it was my second time speaking to him. The video proved that I was innocent of any wrongdoing but he claimed he hadn’t watched it, although he could have been lying to claim ignorance and convince me I had no case. Either way it was pretty sleazy, which is how I would describe him. Both sleazy and incompetent. It was embarrassing watching him in action with his other clients in front of the judge. Every time the judge asked him if he had anything to say on behalf of his client he would shuffle some folders in front of him nervously with his hands trembling then say, “N-N-N-no your honor.” Even the judge looked at him with disdain. My first words when I left the court room was “Dear lord I gotta get another attorney!” He is pathetic and the picture perfect example of a backwoods crooked lawyer who’s only purpose is to railroad his clients and save the state time and money. He should retire and find a new career. He obviously doesn’t have the intellect to be an attorney even if he tried. I’m just glad I got away from him before he could do any lasting damage.
