inept, confused, disoriented, worthless

Hiring Ms. LaLosh was the worst decision I ever made, and was based upon her promises which were empty. I placed my trust in her to represent me, prepare well, file & disclose documents to opposing counsel and the Court. Instead what I received for paying her over $27,000.00 was a totally disoriented..., confused, inept, and voiceless clown. Perhaps this is due to her admitted use of "medical" marijuana. She did NOT prepare, nor file documents (even though I did all the work of organizing and wording and providing such documents several times to her), she became incommunicado when I needed her most, hires and depends upon untrained family members, and did not provide actual legal advice. The Arizona State Bar Association has received and accepted other similar complaints about her, a probable cause committee was formed based upon my complaint which found cause against her and she has received disciplinary action against her. In my opinion she belongs in jail for what amounts to criminal acts of embezzlement of clients funds and misrepresentation. Do not throw your money away by retaining her to represent you if you desire any positive outcome at all.

Client

She did not turn in evidence as she told me she was doing. She did not file paperwork with court to protect and support my case as she told me she was. She disappeared and refused to communicate for weeks at a time. At this time her license to practice law in Arizona is suspended per public informati...on from Arizona Bar Association. I have no doubt she has the intelligence and experience to be a very compendent and successful divorce attorney. What I found is she can become toldly disinterested in your case and be very harmful to the outcome along with causing immense emotional stress with her refusal to keep her commitments to you. From my experience you should use another attorney.
