There may be problems with that. "Forum shopping" is against public policy. You can try to file a suit in that state, but it will likely be a waste...

Probably not if you already accepted their offer to pay for the repair. You likely signed a release before they sent you a check for the repairs.

I recommend contacting your insurance company. The GPS service is unlikely to be held liable for criminal acts of third parties.
