While the age of consent is 16, he potentially could be charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor since you are under 18.
Hey if I don’t pay a seat belt ticket and I get a warrant what happens do they make you pay it or take you to jail?

If you don’t pay it you go to jail. Contact the court and get it paid as soon as possible.
