Charleston native Rett Guerry represents railroad and other industrial workers in personal injury, products liability and Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA) litigation. Rett is the author of Maritime Wrongful Death: A Primer, a piece published in The University of South Carolina School of Law's South Carolina Journal of International Law and Business that explores the High Seas Act, Jones Act, Longshoreman and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act and General Maritime Law.
