Horrible horrible lawyer do not use him
I retained this lawyer for a divorce when he was apart of the Riesen lawfirm. When he was in an office he was decent when his paralegal did all his work for him. I had no choice but to fire him bc he said he would make a follow up or ask for a hearing date and never follow through at all. This law...

Incompetent!
I hired Mr. Durban in July of 2013 to handle my divorce/custody case. After almost a year of getting nowhere I fired him! He filed motions and never follow through with them, surprised me repeatedly with different information after discussing and agreeing on topics at hand and ultimately misreprese...

Read the posted article before you hire
A good read before you hire this lawyer. I found this after I gave him a retainer. I requested my retainer to be returned and he charged me $550 for an hour of his paralegal's time.
