Horrible horrible lawyer do not use him
I retained this lawyer for a divorce when he was apart of the Riesen lawfirm. When he was in an office he was decent when his paralegal did all his work for him. I had no choice but to fire him bc he said he would make a follow up or ask for a hearing date and never follow through at all. This law...

Incompetent!
I hired Mr. Durban in July of 2013 to handle my divorce/custody case. After almost a year of getting nowhere I fired him! A good read before you hire this lawyer. I found this after I gave him a retainer. I requested my retainer to be returned and he charged me $550 for an hour of his paralegal's time.
