Mr. Parker failed to represent me. He only talked to me 14 times in 2 years. He didn't care to find out who I was or even call to ask how I was doing. He just wanted to settle from day one. I asked him to fight to get my knee taken care of and he just said he didn't think they would cover it. It was ...reported the day it happened but because a Dr. Didnt do an mri it just showed not broken. A couple months later went to another Dr. Because of severe pain . MRI showed torn meniscus and bone splinter. He told me not to worry about paying the bills, he said my insurance should cover them not workers comp but I told my insurance it was due to injury at work. Now I owe them close to 10,000.00. I have refinanced my home in order to survive. I haven't been able to do much work because of extensive injury to elbow,wrist, and knee. I lost the case because he really didn't try to work the case and keep informed. Be careful and check the attorney out. Just because I had a good attorney 14 years ago with a similar case doesnt mean you will get a good one again. My fault trusting him.
