Taylor Lawrence Grooms

Taylor Lawrence Grooms represents victims or those injured or killed by car wrecks, trucking wrecks, boating accidents, dog bites, and negligent premises owners. He is committed to seeing his clients properly compensated for their injuries. Taylor was recently inducted into the Million Dollar Advocates Forum for his role as Lead Counsel on a case that settled for seven-figures. He also recently finished serving a two-year as President of the Berkeley County Bar Association. He is also a graduate of Leadership Berkeley, and serves on the Board of the Bradley Blake Foundation.

Taylor has won the AVVO Client's Choice Award for the past four year's in a row for excellent customer service. He prides himself on providing excellent customer service. He has also been named to Super Lawyers "Rising Stars" list, the Best Lawyers "Ones to Watch" List, and the National Trial Lawyers Association "Top 40 Under 40."

Taylor was born and raised in Bonneau, South Carolina, and is an Honors Graduate of Timberland High School. He went on to graduate from Clemson University, and then attended the University of South Carolina School of Law for law school. He was a 5-time Dean's List recipient at USC Law, and he graduated with Cum Laude honors.

After law school, Taylor clerked for Judge Roger M. Young, Sr., who was the Chief Judge for the Ninth Circuit (Charleston and Berkeley County) and Fourteenth Circuit (Hampton, Colleton, Allendale, Jasper, and Beaufort County). He spent the next six years practicing law at a large Lowcountry personal injury firm.
