Brent Biagio Greenberg

My experience with Brent Greenburg was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. During our interaction, he made a statement predicting that I would become a drug addict within five years. This was shocking and inappropriate, especially considering that I have no history of drug abuse and have docu...mentation of multiple clean hair follicle and urine tests. What concerned me even more was that when I later addressed the comment with him, he denied ever saying it and did not offer any acknowledgment or apology. That response made the situation even more frustrating and left me feeling dismissed rather than respected as a client. I have shared this experience with several individuals familiar with the legal profession, including my cousin who practices law in Clearwater, Florida, and attorneys here in Charleston. They were surprised by the tone and lack of professionalism described. I sincerely hope that no other client is spoken to this way in the future. Professionalism, accountability, and respect are essential qualities when working with people in vulnerable legal situations. Based on my experience, I would never recommend this attorney. I have never been talked to in such a way. Absolutely disgusting and disrespectful.
