Samantha Jean Vaughn

A lady ran a red light and hit me in 2018. When in court she said she had proof. The court told me Ms. Vaughn would be representing me. Her "representation" consisted of me calling her the two times we spoke on the phone. She never contacted me. The last time we spoke she indicated it would be a... matter of "he said/she said" and unless she had something to work with she would recommend dismissing the case. That is what she did when my next court date came and went. I heard nothing. I took a business card of a body shop mechanic who was on scene at the time of my accident who had the same last name as the lady who hit me which zi thought suspicious. I took this to City Hall to be forwarded to Ms. Vaughn and heard nothing. The police cited the lady who hit me with "failing to obey a traffic signal" but due process and Ms Vaughn both failed me as a jury never got to hear the case. I would not recommend her.
