Heather Samantha Bailey

Ms. Bailey is a very knowledgeable Attorney and provided me with the information and guidance I had requested. She know the law and how to work within the legal system. I had talked with about 5 other Bankruptcy attorney's and not one of them had the grasp for the law that Ms. Bailey had. We struggled to make ends meets for months during a family court / post-secondary support case in WA State and our finances plummeted. When the final ruling was awarded we were order to pay attorney fees at $500 a month until paid in full on top of the increase of support. (Don’t get me wrong, we g...raciously support and gladly pay child and post-secondary support for the children.) This was not doable with our current financial situation.
