I was told in the beginning as I was rushed to read a contract due to the man having to go to lunch that they only took 3% then when it came to an offer my attorney had finally reached out tome saying it was 33% and got snappy when I told her I had been lied to and what the man had stated she said it... was a communication problem and I disn see how when I'm the customer and youre my attorney why would I need to lie about such thing then they put a lean on my for too much that I didn even settle through them I ended up firing them for being mislead and being called a liar

I was in a motor vehicle accident a year ago, a driver ran red light. I was immobilized for about 3 months. I actually signed the settlement with the understanding that I would have all my medical bills paid. Here I am a year later and still paying monetarily and physically for the bills incurred du...ring the accident. They fees were almost identical to my settlement. In hindsight I would not have hired them knowing the outcome.

The lawyer was out of Charleston and spoke with me on how the procedure normally occurs with a case such as my case against State Farm. I'm pleased with the reduction of my medical expenses and having them paid in full. I did expect a better settlement but I was not injured to the point of death, whi...ch would have yield a greater settlement. It is my first and I pray only accident of any type. I'm sure the Anastopoulo firm performed the usual in such, what is called a minor case. Bottom line, yes I would recommend the firm to those who seek legal advise due to bodily injury.
