I reached out to this Law Firm in April 2026 by Website Inquiry, They emailed me and the Paralegal / Intake Specialist stated that my Case was something that they would be able to 'assist with'.. I, Therefore had my assistant reach out to the number that the Intake Specialist provided , And sever...al times the Intake Specialist was never available.. I also had my Assistant contact the firm directly and they stated that there was never a person by the name of the Intake Specialist who had been emailing me. This was very sketchy to me and I blocked the email and never contacted this Firm again, I would NOT RECOMMEND this Law Firm for Future Purposes , And I will also ensure to make the right choice to pick a Firm that does not engage in dishonest and sketchy behaviour in the future.

I contacted the law firm for medical malpractice, this is an air-tight case if they even bothered to take a look at it. They got the details, sent a contract, which we signed our end. and TURNED AWAY another attorney who was interested in the case. I received an initial call from a nice gentleman... who left the company. No less than a dozen requests for a call back or even an address to send the case backup to and never a response. It's been over a month and no one is doing anything to help.

I was told in the beginning as I was rushed to read a contract due to the man having to go to lunch that they only took 3% then when it came to an offer my attorney had finally reached out tome saying it was 33% and got snappy when I told her I had been lied to and what the man had stated she said it... was a communication problem and I disn see how when I'm the customer and youre my attorney why would I need to lie about such thing then they put a lean on my for too much that I didn even settle through them I ended up firing them for being mislead and being called a liar
