Stefan B Feidler

Stefan has focused his practice on nursing home abuse and neglect, medical malpractice, and personal injury. After working for one of South Carolina's largest plaintiff's firms for over 6 years, where Stefan developed a department consisting of mutlitple attorneys and staff covering various states in the southeast focused on nursing home abuse and neglect and medical malpractice, Stefan decided to open his own practice - the Feidler Law Firm. The Feidler Law Firm serves injured folks in both South Carolina and Georgia. His personal injury practice focuses on nursing home abuse and neglect, medical malpractice, as well as personal injury cases related to various types of injuries including motor vehicle accidents.

Stefan is a native of the low country, raised on the coast of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina by a single mother who worked two jobs to put food on the table. As a teenager, Stefan found himself on the wrong side of the law and was in the need of legal assistance. Because funds were limited, Stefan’s mother used a credit card to pay attorney fees. Stefan worked as an oyster shucker as his mother expected him to pay the credit card off. That is when Stefan first learned about the importance of hard work.

That attorney changed Stefan's lif forever. The attorney was compassionate and not only addressed all the legal issues, but also made certain Stefan was on the right path. Due to that attorney’s influence, Stefan decided he wanted to be an attorney to one day impact the life of someone the same way that attorney impacted Stefan’s life. Stefan never found himself on the wrong side of the law again and made sure he was on a path to make his momma proud.

Stefan obtained his law degre from the Charleston School of Law, where he was the editor0-in-chief for a law reivew and managing editor for another. Stefan worked as an oyster shucker during law school while also maintaining an internship at the Public Defender’s office and private law firm. After law school Stefan clerked for Circuit Court Judge Roger M. Young, Sr., where he traveled the State of South Carolina to assist Judge Young in various jury trials.

About a month after Stefan's first child was born, his wife and Stefan decided it was time to take a leap of faith and open Feidler Law Firm. While Feidler Law Firm’s primary goal is to provide professional and compassionate legal representation to individuals directly impacted by the negligence of others, Feidler Law Firm also decided that the core values of the law firm would always reflect treating each client like family, and making sure the firm positively impacted the surrounding community in a direct way.

Stefan lives in Charleston, South Carolina with his wife Kelly, son Bodhi, 135lb dog Gunnar, and four chickens for which they named after the Golden Girls. When Stefan is not zealously advocating for injured clients, you can probably catch Stefan fishing with Bodhi, coaching kids’ Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, reading a book, or shucking oysters for friends and family. Employees of Feidler Law Firm are also constantly volunteering in the community. This is a cornerstone of who we are at the Feidler Law Firm, and the legacy Stefan wants to leave for the next generation.
