Senator John Kuhn is a founding partner of Kuhn and Kuhn, LLC, a boutique estate planning and probate law firm, which he and his wife started in 2002. The law was created to serve clients who want an excellent and thorough estate plan, as well as honest probate representation. John has practiced almost exclusively estate planning and probate since becoming a member of the South Carolina Bar in 1994. He is a member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys.

Fabulous Estate Planning Firm
I was in need of an estate plan to protect myself and my disabled husband who has 2 sons and a grandchild. The trust was the best way to go and the firm made it so easy to put into place. Very pleasant and personal one-on-one experience. Will refer all my friends and family!
