Wesley Alexander Stoddard

     My law practice handles cases in the areas of Personal  Injury claims, Divorce and Family law including name changes,  real estate closings, deeds, Probate, Wills and estates,and Power of Attorney. I am in a solo law practice and I offer  personal service to get to know my  clients as individuals each realizing they each have different needs.

      I have been active in the Spartanbiurg County Bar and served as its President  in  2018.  I am a member of First Presbyterian Church in Spartanburg where I have been a lifelong member and have served as an Elder and as a Deacon.  I have two chidlren ages 32 and 34 . My daughter graduated from Clemson in 2009 and my son graduated from The Citadel in 2015. I am active in my community as a member of the Kiwanis Club of Spartnburg and had have served as the President of the club and in 1986 I served as Lt. Governor of the Carolinas District of Kiwanis over 12 clubs. I served as the Prosecutor for the City of Spartanburg for 11 years.  I was on the Board of Mountainview Nursing  Home for 25 years.

     I have been actrive in the South Carolina Bar serving as President of the  Young Lawyers Division over all lawyers under 35 years of age; as a member of the Board of Governors, a member of the House of Delegates and on the Supreme Court Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization.

      I have beenactive in my alumni Affairesas a apresident of theSpartnburg countyclemson Club, as Chairman of itd Schailsrahip Committee annually  and on the Alumni National Council. I have been an IPTAY Represeentaive for over 40 years and served as Spartanburg County Chairman several years..
