Conflict of interest and false imprisonment

I hired ABUSAFT as my criminal defense attorney and civil rights attorney against Duncan pd. but he concealed the fact that he was a Spartanburg County councilman which was a direct conflict of interest and prejudicial to the rule of law. Attorney ABUSAFT was given a copy of my discovery in Aug. of 2...021, but when I asked him if he had received it before a Sept. 2021 court proceeding he was dishonest with me and he told me that he had not received it. The original discovery contained 14 pages, but when Attorney ABUSAFT gave me a copy of it, it contained 31 pages and he had switched out some documents and completely removed the documents that I had asked him to challenge like the change of the victim, my date of arrest and charges. I paid Attorney ABUSAFT a retainer fee of $5000 with the contract specifically stating that he would represent me in a trial because I told him that I definitely wanted to go to trial. I gave Attorney ABUSAFT my 5, 911 calls that I made the day of my arrest that would have shown that I was the victim and I needed him to file a motion to compel the actual written police reports from the police officers and he promised me that he would on July 26, 21 but he never did. Some serious egregious things happened to me as a result of his concealment. ABUSAFT hid the documents and recording when my neighbor called in a fake Welfare check. Attorney ABUSAFT told the court that I made it up and I was delusional about it taking place despite having the documents in his possession. Attorney ABUSAFT betrayed my trust and loyalty as his client. He concealed all of my exculpatory evidence to weaken my case and strengthen the states case against me because he had a financial interest in the state as a county councilman dealing with it’s finances. I received a judicial dismissal with prejudice under new legal counsel on August 15, 2024 after a 2 day criminal trial with a jury. My new criminal defense attorney asked the police and my neighbor on the witness stand if the Welfare check took place and all of them answered YES, the Welfare check actually took place. I have a copy of the court transcript if I need to provide it as proof. I spent 64 days in a state mental hospital in Columbia, SC because the evaluation stated that I was found incompetent to stand trial because other than my statement there is no credible or definitive evidence that the event ever took place and I was diagnosed as having a “Delusional disorder” that it actually took place. I have those documents in my possession if I need to prove proof of the event and I also have the actual 911 dispatch and CAD when my neighbor called in the fake Welfare check.
