I highly recommend the McChesney firm. My disability was denied the first time and I hired a different attorney, not Mr. McChesney. The other attorney's office was very unprofessional. They did not explain things to me, never returned my calls, etc and I was not confident that I was going to recei...ve my disability. After my second denial and constant aggravation and worry with my first attorney, I felt helpless and very stressed constantly. I then sought the services of Mr. McChesney. I was very pleased. All of the staff at his office is very professional. They kept me informed of my case as it went on as well as any question that I may have in regards to the status of the claim as well as any other questions I may have had. The other attorney's office was annoyed with me because of that and stopped answering or returning my calls. Every time I had questions or calls to Mr. Mchesney's office, everyone that I had contact throughout the case was very professional and courteous as well as very informative to me about my case. I knew that they were working their best and was just as serious about my case as I was. I very highly recommend Mr. McChesney. Mr McChesney is definitely qualified to handle the most difficult social security disability cases. His knowledge and experience pours out when you speak with him. He takes his time with each client to make sure you are understanding what he is saying and are comfortable with his approach to your c...ase. The staff are equally qualified being very knowledgeable and always ready to assist any client. I knew with this firm representing me, I did not need to worry. Outstanding in all areas.

I was referred to McChesney's Law office after being denied several times for Social Security Disability.
