Gary Martin Frazier

Being a citizen of and living in the USA while my ex-husband was a citizen of and living in another country, we were working on his immigration paperwork when I received the surprise of a lifetime... my ex-husband had a girlfriend and they had a baby while we were married. Because of the complicated ...situation I thought I would need a top dollar attorney so that is what I first hired. After going to divorce court 3 times with that attorney and each time being told we needed something else to proceed each time (and not to mention the devastating emotional toll it took) over an almost 2 year period, I was mentally and financially drained. At the last court date with the first attorney I hired, he told me we were going to have to go through the embassy and my divorce would most likely take another 2-3 years with the process we were going to have to take. I was devastated. I decided to go talk to Gary Frazier and see what he had to say. I hired him Instabtky and my seemingly never ending divorce was actually DONE, FINISHED, FINAL in less than 3.5 WEEKS. Gary is brilliant and instead of just being lazy and not caring, he took the time to figure out what could be done to satisfy the court’s requirements. He thought completely outside of the box and I am eternally grateful for him and the care and effort he put in to ending such a trying and hard time in my life. I truly believe that there are not many attorneys who would be able and willing to solve the issues we were having. Not to mention the price I paid for the first attorney was INSANE and if I had gone to Gary to begin with, I would have saved a year and a half of a davastating and stressful nightmare and over $4000. Aside from all that, he was truly compassionate and reassuring while making sure I understood each step we were taking and why. I definitely recommend Gary and intend to use him again soon (this time for adoption instead though). :)

I thought that my ex-wife and I could sort through the process of our divorce using only one attorney and trust that we could find a good solution. When that failed, I turned to Gary Frazier. He helped me understand my rights and place in the proceedings, he ensured that I made the right decisions, a...rmed me with the knowledge necessary to find a final settlement, and helped me when it seemed like all was lost in the case. Not only did I arrive at a good place with the divorce, but I am much more knowledgeable about the entire process. Gary helped me keep my head on straight when things with my ex-wife started to go sideways. He clearly stated what to expect and how much it would cost, allowing me to make the right decisions for myself. I cannot stress how important it is to have someone like Gary (or Gary himself) in your corner. I cannot thank him enough for his professional services.

First let me say, going thru a divorce is costly. Miss one payment or be a week late with Mr. Frazier and he will drop himself as your attorney thru the court and leave you hanging in the middle of a case! The money paid didn't matter and he wasn't up for working with us under financial strain. He do...es not answer his phone, takes days to reply via email, and is not very aggressive at all. Thanks to this, looks like we lost a lot of money we didn't have and now are left to try to finish the case Pro Se. I would not recommend his services in my opinion.
