Stephen understands the situation his Clients face after an injury. After the 9/11 attack on America, Stephen felt a personal responsibility to do his part, so he enlisted in the U.S. Navy. He served on the USS Oak Hill as a welder and deployed to the Horn of Africa in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and the Global War on Terrorism. Stephen suffered an arm injury in the service and knows how difficult it is to get back to normal after such an event.

Practicing law was a natural next step. Stephen earned his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law and is committed to vigorously representing and obtaining justice for his Clients. Stephen and his wife Jessica are both from Lexington, SC. When Stephen is not in the courtroom, he enjoys being outdoors and reading. He and his wife spend time together on Lake Murray, learning about wine, and raising a beautiful daughter.
