dissatisfied customer
i have been requesting an exact payoff for my chapter 13 so that i can refinance to pay it off with no response. my loan officer has tried as well. this firm is the worst customer service i have seen. To not respond to the client at all is a total disrespect and i will never use or recommend this law...
