Scam Artist

He will NOT be professional with your case and never answers your phone calls. He "handled" my divorce case but made all kinds of mistakes such as; not filing the proper paperwork, not requesting a hearing date and NOT serving the opposite party. He then took our money and ran instead of requesting a...nother hearing date; therefore our divorce case has ENDED!

He will take your money and not file your case

It's going on the 3rd you're since I was victimized by severe domestic violence and had to move back to South Carolina. I was an army wife, I didn't have much money and I needed to get out of my divorce as fast as possible because my ex was a danger to me and my baby - he continued to violate restrai...ning orders, I was terrified that he was going to find me. I had extensive documentation that outlined how severe thigh of your supplies, even a letter from the army that said they paid to move me back home because it wasn't safe for me or our kid to be around him or even in that state... I had all of the evidence organized and put into a binder so this man could easily access it, file a quick cut and dry 3 months divorce and let me continue on with my life. This was the first lawyer I had ever hired, and this is the last time that I blindly make a decision like this without doing some research first. This guy will not communicate with you at all, his paralegal was even worse... They will ignore you every time you call the office, it will ignore every single one of your emails and text messages until it gets to a point where you are threatening them. I haven't gotten any more paperwork since I paid this man for my case, and that was nearly three years ago.... I understand that the pandemic is going to cause some unavoidable delays with the court system, I also understand that these things do not just happened overnight, that they take time and there was a lot of paperwork that needed to be processed. At the same time, three years when both parties agree on everything and there is no marital property is unexcusable whenever you have absolutely no communication with your client during the process, or have to wait several months at a time for them to get back to you. I also don't understand why they refused straight up to send me my paperwork from whenever they did file certain things, that makes me worried about if they even filed in the first place. Please do not hire this lawyer, I feel extremely fortunate that nothing bad bappened to me or my son, it would have been horriblly unavoidable and even more horrible to understand that it could have been a situation that was avoided otherwise, at least if he were to prioritize his clients
