I've almost died after skin removal surgery. I was in sepsis. My femoral nerve is permanently damaged. My body is disfigured and after months of holding my case, out of the blue, Courtney calls me and tells me a EXPERT said my situation was an unfortunate medical outcome and she dropped my case. If ...ever there was a medical malpractice lawsuit, I have one. I sit here in pain this moment. Id NEVER recommend this attorney bc I feel she just didn't do the work in my case. I will be picking up my case file and hiring another attorney. Maybe one that won't lie to me. She said she has been at this for ten years but only graduated 8 years ago. If she had been in practice all that time, it seems she would have experts to consult but it took her months to find a quack in my opinion. I've never seen the doctor/expert that gave their opinion. Do they know I was in sepsis? Do they know I have permanent femoral nerve damage? Do they know I had an open wound RIGHT WHERE the femoral nerve is? I'll never know BC THEY WON'T EVEN LET ME TALK TO THEM.
