Ms. Branham was friendly at first, however she kept looking at her watch and trying to rush me while I was explaining my concerns for the safety of my children with my spouse. She became visably annoyed after I began showing her the evidence of past abuse. She began making excuses, as if she was my s...pouses attorney. What kind of person could respond this way when there are serious safety concerns of children and evidence of neglect? She refused to answer any of my calls and return them after that, despite continuing to send me bills for her "services". I'm not sure is she is just overwhelmed with cases or doesn't care as long as she gets paid, however it's very concerning as a parent who is asking for help for her children.
