Not your ordinary lawyer, and not your ordinary Lawfirm

This law firm came very highly recommended from one of my trusted partners and let me tell you, the recommendation did not disappoint! My situation was dire and no other firm would return my calls for an animal cruelty / custody case when I was trying to save an abused dog, that was until I left a m...essage for Chad at the Fuller Law Firm for Riders. I received a call back in less than an hour and it was Chad Fuller, the actual attorney, calling from his car. Chad had stopped, and pulled in to a parking lot during his travels and took the time to call me back. Once he and I spoke, and he understood what was going on, and he jumped right on it. He advised me on what he could do and what I should do and his advice was spot on. He is very sharp and always thinking 2 to 3 steps ahead. My favorite part is that he is straight forward and doesn’t sugar coat things and tells you what to expect (everything he said would happen, happened!!!), and best of all, he does what he says! In less than a half of a day he had my unique situation handled and gave me the assurance that this issue would be shut down, for good! That day he used the law to save a dog named Seven from a life or death situation, kept my family safe, and earned a client for life! I can’t say enough good things about Chad’s and his firm, but I can tell you he is dedicated to helping people, a man of his word and someone I would want on my side when the going gets tough! He came in big for me and my family and I’ll never be able to thank him and his team enough! So yes, I highly recommend the Fuller Law Firm for Riders!

A Motorcyclist, for Motorcyclists! Thank you!

What can I say? I had just completed an Iron Butt, and after a couple days of rest I was headed out to visit some Tour of Honor Monuments. Fifteen or so minutes from the hotel, some dude ran a stop sign and took me down. Then he fled the scene. In the big scheme of things, I was blessed. After I... recovered from having my bell rung, I was nearly immediately assisted by a First Responder who just happened to be there. That got the machine running, and I was able to call 911. Fortunately, there was a conscientious witness there to give a description of the perp, and I was soon assisted by what I assume was the Anderson, SCFD (including the most beautiful fireperson I have ever seen )! After I was transported and released from the hospital, I returned to my hotel and bumped into a guy I had been talking to previously. He recommended that I contact Chad Fuller. I was in pain and a bit shell shocked, so I did not do so right away. But as the pain got worse and the perp's insurance company (Allstate) started to be "not nice," I called Chad. From that point on, he and Katie took me under their wings and helped me through the entire process. I didn't quite win the lottery or anything--and I know that since they are from the South they are wonderful folks by nature, but the help and support they provided was invaluable. Chad even got me set up with some folks to help support other Veterans along the way. I hope you don't ever need them--but if you do, call Chad and Katie! I need to add that I have grown to HATE attorneys; but Chad and Katie and not just attorneys--they are people. Good people. Thank you!

WORST LAWYER EVER

I had a slam dunk easy case to win.Chad Fuller TOTALLY messed it up.I was pulled over for a collision where the 18 wheeler admitted hitting me,I gave my blood at the hospital and I tested .006 for Xanax (but I also have permission and an active prescription to take 3 grams of Xanax a day) plus, when ...SLED got my blood, they left it in refrigerated for TWO months, I did community service for 20 hours at the humane society, and he still couldn’t get me out of it, he started telling me I could go to jail for 30 days and lose my business, but EVERY law enforcement officer I spoke with told me to go to court and I would win. Chad told me even if I won, the prosecutor would refile the case until I lost (another lie) so I finally had to accept a misdemeanor “wreckless driving” after I had a prescription to take 3 grams of Xanax a day, had been taking Xanax for more than 20 years, SLED left my blood unrefrigerated for 2 months, tested it 4 times and could only come up with .006 Xanax (the minimum Xanax they make is .25 , imagine testing for .006% and you’ve taken it for 20 years. The half life would have BEEN gone. Plus the 18 wheeler ADMITTED he hit me. Then at 6pm at night (this was during the winter) he calls me telling me (LITERALLY at the last minute) that they are choosing the jury for my case. And he starts telling me to take the plea deal. After he gave me a HUGE spiel about he has argued in front of THE United States Supreme Court and all, then when the time came, he wasn’t there for me. Then I had to text and call him 15 times (I can prove this) asking him how can I pay the ticket, he NEVER responded. I went around Florence begging people to help me because he didn’t tell me how to pay my ticket, and NO ONE in Florence knew how to do it. Chad Fuller is literally THE WORST lawyer I have ever dealt with. I seriously mean, EVER. His last name is correct, because he is FULL of something, but it isn’t law. Stay away from this guy. When I saw him, I would have NEVER hired him, he had a beard passed his chest, the jury would have looked at him like he was a mechanic, that’s the God’s honest truth, and impressions with juries are everything. And has he still told me how to pay my ticket??? After I spent 2 hours driving around Florence? NOPE, has he answered my calls or texts?? NOPE. Has he given me a copy of my ticket so I can pay it? NOPE. And I know I’m passed due to pay it, but I have PROOF I’ve contacted him a million times.
