OUTCOME: Dismissed

Client was charged with an Assault after an altercation at a local bar. Witnesses and numerous participants made it a chaotic scene for the responding officers. Two bouncers claimed to be victims as ... they were allegedly assaulted when they attempted to break up the fight. We successfully asserted a self defense claim against all of the parties.
