Debt Collection Action for Alleged Rental Car Damage

OUTCOME: DEBT DISMISSED

Client was being pursued by a collection agency for supposed damage caused to a rental car in another state. When client told collection agency owner that he had retained Mike Cardoza, the agency almos ... t immediately issued a letter stating that the Rental Car company was no longer pursuing the "debt" and that they were sorry for any inconvenience!
