About Alyssa
Biography
Alyssa R. Iglesias is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and the University of South Carolina School of Law. After graduating from law school, Alyssa clerked for the Honorable Michael G. Nettles, Resident Judge of South Carolina's 12th Judicial Circuit. Prior to finding her passion for helping clients navigate the family court system, Alyssa practiced insurance defense.
She attended the National Family Law Trial Institute intensive trial skills course in 2023. Alyssa has been an active member of the Lexington County Bar Association Advisory Committee since March 2023 and currently holds the position of Social Committee Chair.
Alyssa lives in Columbia with her other half, Santiago, and their fur baby, Shambrelle. You can find her cheering on the Gamecocks every Saturday during football season.

Outstanding Attorney
She was phenominal when my granddaughter was wanting her named changed. She was very thorough and quick. She even drove from Columbia to Orangeburg to get the paperwork turned in to the family court judge. I highly recommend her.
