Excellent

"It has been a positive experience working with the Blomeley law firm, they have been very helpful working on my case. Very professional yet personable at the same time, Mr. Blomeley paid attention to detail in my case and fought hard for me in court. He made it easy to contact him for questions an...d concerns. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer through this process and it was worth every penny. I have recommended him to multiple friends/aquantances and will continue to do so. If any problems arise in the future, I will definitely hire this law firm again.

Excellent Representation

My son's well being and stability is everything to me, and when I hired Mr. Blomeley, I instantly felt he understood that. He is extremely knowledgeable and very strategic with his cases. I was amazed at my results. He truly cares about his clients and fights for what is important to them. Mr. Blo...meley was highly compassionate, helpful and attentive to my legal needs. He was very quick to respond to my inquiries and provided multiple options of solid advice and counsel. He is a compassionate and determined attorney, who is not afraid to vigorously defend and protect his clients' interests. Mr. Blomeley is a very detailed and professional lawyer. He kept me informed of any and all changes as they occurred. I would highly recommend contacting him for your legal needs

Patient & knowledgable

Mr Blomeley was patient in providing knowledgable counsel in a divorce that took many twists and turns. We had a game plan at every change, and in the end his soft spoken manner made the difference. He helped me understand that legal matters just take some time. I feel he is well respected in the c...ourtrooms in WNC, and he did his homework in my case.

Awesome Job

Working with Mr. Blomeley was one of the best things I could have chosen for myself and my family. He was very knowledgeable and if he wasn't to familiar with something he used resources to find out more. He was referred to me by a detective who had worked with him before. He spoke highly of Mr. Blom...eley and after working with him myself and seeing him in action I understand why. I enjoy the fact that he has a back bone and wouldn't allow anyone to push him around the court room. If you're looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy lawyer who will work very hard for you, then I would recommend giving Mr. Blomeley a call.

Trustworthy, Responsive, Knowledgable, & Informative Lawyer

I had a very extensive, pro-longed, custody case which extended from Central NC to Western NC which involved a different Lawyer before meeting James L Blomeley Jr. I met with James for my Initial Consultation and explained every step of the case. James was very understanding and listened to every wor...d of the very involved struggle. James accepted me as his client and every interaction with James, I appreciated James and his knowledge of what the best legal course of actions were, his honesty and his consistent responsiveness to my needs as his client. For me, a very important trait of James was his integrity and that he did present himself to actually care about the outcome of the custody struggle. Although he would always present the proposals from the opposing lawyer and the other parent, he was always looking out for my best interests and the children. James always responded to every question, comment and/or request that I had- as well as provided the worst and best case scenario with all interactions, as well as always kept me informed. James did represent me in the courtroom, as well as outside of the courtroom with the what seemed to be never-ending proposals and interactions from the opposing lawyer and other parent. What I mean by this is James was not just a "paper-pusher." He did handle the pushing of papers back and forth, but he also stood very strong for me in the courtroom. He was a very strong presence for me and my custody with the children in the courtroom. He definitely did not allow nonsense from the other side and struck hard when it called for doing so. Throughout the whole thing, there was a lot of non-sense and untruthful comments made from the other side- James did not play that type of "ballgame." He was about being honest, showing my true emotions for my children, and not being involved in the constant provoking behavior. In turn, the Judge did listen to what I had to say, as well as James. James brought facts and only facts. He steered away from anything other than. In the end, James did an outstanding job and I have the custody in which works best for the kids and that I am happy with. My custody struggle spanned over 2.5 years with another lawyer in another County and I was in a mess. James cleaned the mess up and assisted me in the ability to be a parent to my children. He was always courteous, thoughtful, caring, knowledgeable, honest and responsive. I would recommend him to anyone that is seeking out this type of lawyer.
