Mr Cowart did absolutely nothing in my case except he told me to sit down,shut up,and stop shaking my head.I was never given my right to testify on my behalf.He refused to obtain confirmed DSS reports on the mother.He never cross examined my lying ex husband .He never gave me the opportunity to prese...nt any evidence at all regarding jurisdiction,and clearing me of the allegations against me.The case was never adjudicated or dispositioned. There was an ex parte communication between the judge and a Virginia judge regarding jurisdiction.They decided Virginia had jurisdiction but they did not by state and federal UCCJJEA. They transferred the child from foster care to Virginia and into the custody of the South Carolina mother before DSS informed of the phone call results.Mr Cowart hung up on me and never picked up another call from me beginning 13 days before the custody hearing in Virginia.I was never served a summons for that hearing.The whereabouts,health and safety of the child is unknown and a high risk.I have since learned that Mr Cowart is an employee of Haywood Dept of Social Services.He had only been licensed for two years.His experience is unknown .Definately a conflict of interest and part of the conspiracy in this case.Don't hire him, he is useless,biased,unprofessional, and unethical!!!
