Your Best Choice

My sister and I hired Steve Grabenstein to represent us in litigation over our fathers estate. Steve and his team (Pat & Heather) were always responsive to our needs and request. They were always VERY prepared for each step in the case. I am not sure how my sister found Steve but I am very glad she ...did. Through Steve's representation and guidance we were able to settle the estate in our favor. Steve had our best interest in mind at every step of the process. He always advised us on how we could minimize our litigation cost rather then running the bill up in his favor.

BEST ATTORNEY AROUND!!!

I can honestly say, I do not think there is a better attorney out there. Most people who are exceptionally knowledgeable in their area have no people skills. Mr. Grabenstein is very personable, and always willing to take the time to fully explain something to you. Every single time I sent him an e...mail, he would reply to me within 24 hours (and I sent lots of emails). Because I was not so knowledgeable in the area of my particular case (we were dealing with a trustee who transferred a large portion of our trust to his wife without telling anyone, and without filing the paperwork until days before the property in the trust was being sold) , he would explain everything as many times as it would take to get me to understand. Then he would present me with my options. I never felt like he told me what to do, he always helped guide me through my decisions. He worked very well with the other two attorneys involved with the case, and I could tell (from interaction in mediation with other attorneys and mediator) that he is extremely well respected. He helped us recover a large sum of money in mediation without having to go to trial (although, I did kind of want to go to trial, because I knew having him as an attorney with our case we would prevail). I do not live in North Carolina (the issue I had to use him with was in North Carolina), but I wish I could use him any time I needed a lawyer.

AMAZING

Steve is very intelligent and knows the laws and how to settle by mediation as well as courtroom if needed. I feel very confident that Steve can represent any person or firm in any situation. I highly recommend Steve.
