Ashevilles worst attorney

I wouldn't hire this man to represent my dog. Even the Assistant District Attorney was laughing with me when I asked them how he was even allowed to still practice law.

Oh, don't do it

The NC State Bar didnt suspend him and then wife for the pure heck of it. Read the documents available on their website. Its worth your read and any hesitations you may have.

Do more research before you hire

Mr. Soboleski was retained to represent us regarding a judgment. During the initial meeting, Mr. Soboleski indicated that he had handled many of these legal proceedings and assured us, he thought the case would be settled for a fraction of what was owed. Throughout the year plus long process, we ha...d to call him to find out what was being done, remind him during each conversation of what he had told us in the past and continue to give him additional fees. He did not resolve the judgment and we are now dealing with it on our own. It appears the bank will not settle. So not only do we owe the original amount but we have to pay outrageous bank lawyer fees plus substantial interest that has accumulated. Our biggest concern is that questions were not usually answered in a timely manner and, to this day, I am still waiting for an answer to an email. At one point, he apologized for not representing us well. We were truly disappointed in his representation.
