Biography
Martin Moore is an experienced trial lawyer and counselor. He began his career in public service, defending hundreds of clients in criminal, juvenile, and civil trials. In private practice, Martin joined one of Asheville's largest law firms, serving business and individual clients in business, employment, and land use matters. Martin has defended clients in both state and federal courts, and aided clients in matters before the North Carolina Court of Appeals and North Carolina Supreme Court. His experience counseling clients from business formation, through administrative investigations, and through trials allows him to offer quality, sound counsel to help you navigate your unique legal cocnerns.
