Jody Scott Lanier

I called Jody (and several other lawyers in Asheville) to discuss a charge. I was terrified that my life would be forever changed. Jody immediately put me at ease with his kindness and openness. I met with Jody and he came up with an out of the box idea and achieved the result we hoped and expecte...d. I'm not sure who was more impressed with his resourcefulness, me or his courtroom colleagues. Either way, I would hire Jody again in an instant. I saw a review that said he's "Asheville's Rising Star," and I have no doubt, that's the truth.

I received a hefty traffic ticket (80 in a 60) the day after Christmas.
