We are an investment group in NC and hired Ms. Adaramola to find us distressed properties to purchase. Ms. Adaramola, along with Ms. Lisa Roberts-Allen, found us a number of properties for significantly below market value. We couldn’t buy them fast enough. After evicting the previous owners, who cl...aimed the foreclosure was fraudulent ( Ms Roberts-Allen showed that they were legal foreclosures because she notarized all of them). We made so much profit off the sales of the properties that are tax liability due to enormous capital gains almost made us have to sell our 4 Wake boats.
