My experience with The Adaramola Law Firm was significantly below expectations and ultimately disappointing. The initial consultation began with an unnecessarily lengthy self-introduction that consumed valuable time. More concerningly, the legal advice offered extended beyond the agreed-upon scope... of work and, regrettably, directly contradicted guidance previously received from our local attorney. This discrepancy necessitated further consultation with our established legal team, revealing that the advice was incomplete and inaccurate. This raised serious concerns about the firm's understanding of our specific local context. Transparency regarding billing practices was also lacking. It was not until 45 minutes into the conversation, and only upon my explicit request, that the billing rate and the policy of billing in 10-minute increments were disclosed. This critical information should have been provided upfront, ideally during a brief introductory call, as is standard practice with professional client engagements. Adding to the frustration, the scheduling process and subsequent delays in communication created unnecessary hurdles and negatively impacted the overall experience. Based on the inaccurate advice, the lack of upfront transparency regarding billing, and the inefficient communication, I cannot recommend The Adaramola Law Firm.

We are an investment group in NC and hired Ms. Adaramola to find us distressed properties to purchase. Ms. Adaramola, along with Ms. Lisa Roberts-Allen, found us a number of properties for significantly below market value. We couldn’t buy them fast enough. After evicting the previous owners, who cl...aimed the foreclosure was fraudulent ( Ms Roberts-Allen showed that they were legal foreclosures because she notarized all of them). We made so much profit off the sales of the properties that are tax liability due to enormous capital gains almost made us have to sell our 4 Wake boats. Do not hire this attorney unless you want a high tax bill.

Unprofessional closing attorney, she would not respond to me or anyone involved with my closing. She was 3 hours late on closing day without any notice or phone calls and my real estate agent, lender and I sat in a small waiting room hoping she would show up. When she did show up, she didn't even pre...pared any documents ahead of time so we had to wait another hour. After we got started, my lender had to correct her on some of the closing documents that she was going through. She then assured us that the deed would be recorded that afternoon and it didn't and gave no notification when she did finally record it the next afternoon.
