I highly recommend Cynthia Alleman. She has been my mother's attorney for many, many years. She has helped my mom with her Wills, a Special Needs Trust for my sister and has always been available to advise my mom as needed. She has always been professional and friendly and if she didn't know somethin...g she was honest about it, promised to find out the information and got back to my mom in a prompt fashion. Besides being a great attorney she's a wonderful person, I know this because my mom told me so and my mom is an excellent judge of character!!

I was not happy with the way the office of this lawyer handled my will. The paralegal who answered the phone was frequently rude in her responses and did not always give accurate information (for example, I was told witnesses would be provided free of charge but then was charged $50.) Also, the orig...inal balance cited by the attorney was not the ending balance by a large amount even though very little was added to the original work. She was also not transparent about the costs of any and all inquiries by phone or email. I did not receive any initial information stating how much each minute cost for said inquiries, etc. I would have been better off sticking with legalzoom.
