Excellent Guardianship Attorney
Attorney Alleman, took the time to understand our long range goals and immediate fears. She did not make cookie cutter assumptions regarding our families' financial well being. I highly recommend Cynthia L. Alleman as a caring and intelligent attorney.

Extremely helpful
Ms. Alleman returned my senile parents real property to them. As their caregiver she also helped me through all the problems related to their care, i.e. dealing with the courts and multiple social service issues. She was my "rock".

Excellent Attorney
Ms. Alleman prepared my financial and health care power of attorney documents as well as my advance directive for a natural death. She gave examples of situations that she has encountered over the 20 years she has been in practice that helped me make informed decisions about what I wanted in my end o...

Has Been Excellent Help To My Mom
I highly recommend Cynthia Alleman. She has been my mother's attorney for many, many years. She has helped my mom with her Wills, a Special Needs Trust for my sister and has always been available to advise my mom as needed. She has always been professional and friendly and if she didn't know somethin...

not transparent
I was not happy with the way the office of this lawyer handled my will. The paralegal who answered the phone was frequently rude in her responses and did not always give accurate information (for example, I was told witnesses would be provided free of charge but then was charged $50.) Also, the orig...
I am sorry to hear of this situation as we have a long history of satisfied clients who refer others to our firm. We do not charge a fee for witnesses. This staff member is no longer with the firm but was helping on a temporary basis and I apologize for her rudeness. When a fee changes, it is because additional work is requested by the Client and these fees are discussed prior to the work being completed.
"Cynthia is very knowledgeable in the area of guardianship. She is quite skilled at preparing special needs trusts. She is knowledgeable in the preparation of wills and other end of life documents. She is a trusted resource in the legal community."
"Cynthia is exceptionally experienced and skilled in guardianship work and can be counted on for the best results."
"I have worked on multiple legal matters with Attorney Alleman for a number of years. No matter what area it has been, an Estate matter, a Guardianship, or a Real Estate transaction, she has always displayed the highest degree of professionalism and respect towards both myself and my clients."
"I have known Cynthia as a colleague and friend for 17 years. We have worked on dozens of cases together. She is smart, hard working and honest. I endorse her wholeheartedly."
