Professional, knowledgeable and caring

Mrs. Allemon is our family’s attorney, and has been for several years. She was chosen based on her exemplary reputation as a highly skilled attorney, as well as respected in the legal community and the Asheville community in general. Mrs.Allemon is extremely knowledgeable regarding the law, and gives... objective and decisive legal counsel to her clients. She completely explained the process of what to include in our wills, and how the Probate process will take place, when that time arrives. She is very accessible, as well her as extremely capable and professional staff, to meet the needs of her clients. Last,y, Mrs. Allemon is a very caring person, and gives a personal touch to her client meetings, with full engagement in helping you, the client. I recommend Mrs. Allemon’s legal acumen and and services wholeheartedly.

Highly Recommend Cynthia Alleman as Eldercare Attorney

If you are in need of an Eldercare Attorney, I would highly recommend Atty Cynthia Alleman. Ms Alleman has been Eldercare Attorney for my father for over a year. In this time, she has proven herself to be a compassionate, caring and trustworthy attorney who has my father's best interest at heart. She... is very knowledgeable, and has taken us through several proceedings (will preparation, POA designation, etc) step-by-step, so that were informed every step of the way about documents and procedures. Whenever we have sought her advice about a situation, Ms Alleman has always returned calls and/or emails in a timely manner, and with answers that were easily understood by us. She has been a wonderful friend to our family, and a truly great resource for all things relating to our father's legal matters. She is definitely a great attorney, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable representative in the field of Eldercare Law.

Excellent Help Provided with Guardianship and Trust Matter

Ms. Alleman helped me with Guardianship for my Son who has Downs Syndrome . She also prepared a Will for me with a Special Needs Trust for my Son. She did a great job explaining the court process to become his guardian. I was impressed with how quickly she handled everything. She also really h...elped me to understand how a Special Needs Trust will help my son to keep his medicaid and SSI benefits. Her costs were reasonable and her staff was helpful. The advice she offered gave me peace of mind.
