Albert’s practice focuses on business litigation in both federal and state courts and counseling with businesses on a wide range of issues. In addition, he has extensive experience representing creditors and creditor committees in bankruptcy proceedings. Albert has also been involved in credit litigation and has extensive experience in foreclosures. The foundation of his business practice involves all of the issues faced by small business. Albert has also handled a significant number of mergers, acquisitions, and shareholder disputes. Another major focus of his practice is zoning and regulatory takings matters.
