I hired Al Messer to represent me for my second offense of DWI in a five year period. I felt like I had no chance of taking my case to trial, much less winning it. Despite having numerous drinking and driving charges on my record, Al was able to make the judge see reason. He made moves that allowed me to recieve a not guilty outcome. Despite all odds against him, Al overcame very obstacle and did an incredible job during my trial. He was very transparent about ...all possible outcomes and didn't guarentee anything. He never gave me a false sense of hope, and I liked that. And at the end of the day, he got the job done. Flawlessly.
