Al Messer's calm and composed demeanor, coupled with his extensive knowledge of the judiciary system, proved to be a winning combination in my case. Let's not forget about Sara! Mr. Messer was referred to me by a corporate attorney that I knew and trusted. I called him immediately after calling two other attorneys that were also given as a referral. I was charged with five felony charges in Hendersonville NC. I was accused of several counts of larceny by an employee, two cha...rges of forgery of an instrument(writing a payroll check to another employee).The Hendersonville police department spoke with me one time, at my job, and his mind was made up before he investigated further.
